It's over 50% minority, though that would include Hispanics, African-Americans, Asians, etc. Whites may still be the plurality, I don't know.

About 48% non-hispanic white as of last ACS. Unless I've added things up wrong. Which is possible. And about 36% hispanic.

According to my American Political almanac, it was 52% White, 32% Hispanic in 2000. It's probably significantly less white by now though.
