Well….didn’t realize this got buried.

A final vote is now open. Please vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.

By a vote of 8-3-4-3, with 2/3s not reached the amendment is defeated.

Isn't this passed and to be put before the president, as there was no amendment up for vote?

This was amended from a bill to a constitutional amendment.
