Tom Cotton 2024 Megathread

I can remember a time shortly after his election when he had a moment in the sun and was described as a rising star, and I think he would like to run for President at some point, but we've been able to see him in action for six years, and what we've seen does not scream future President. As others have mentioned, he has no charm whatsoever, is very hawkish, and pushes some of the culture war buttons (send in the troops) a little too far. I can easily see him running, but I fail to see how he would gain any traction. Actually, I'd be genuinely interested to see someone make a case for him winning the nomination or general at this point.
