Write in: Andrew Cuomo

Jerry Brown was one of the best ever.

Cuomo had a GOP-controlled NY State Senate for the first 2 terms I believe.

Ah yes, because a governor who let the opposition party control the State Senate and even with a majority refuses to pass progressive legislation is effective...

I'll probably post another poll on former US State Governors: who was the most successful & who was the worst sometime over the weekend or next week.
