at least 3, fried squirrel, Provel Cheese and Jello Salad.  I may have had gator and rattlesnake as a child, but I don't remember, so we can't count those.

Are they even common in Nebraska? What are they?
I don't remember hearing of them, and Googling the term shows me pictures of things that look exactly like what you fear a "hot beef sundae" would look like.
