Welp... Flip another one of those infamous Lichtman keys against Trump's re-election prospects (civil unrest).

This has been one of the most discouraging, sobering, and distasteful presidential terms in the history of this country, to be rivaled by those already recognized as the absolute worst.

I don't know. The more white midwestern voters see this, there is always a chance they might pour out more for Donald Trump. It's the "law and order" thing.

I'm trying to watch CNN but the CNN reporter Nick Valencia is sounding a little too "chummy" with the rioters, and Chris Cuomo is asking whether or not the crowd is "diverse".

This violence has evolved into a separate issue from the murder of George Floyd. We must not let a small group of people in various cities destroy our communities and country.

They are getting people against their cause! This is ing sad because this was the chance we had to get the general public on the side of Black Lives Matter.

Joe Biden will double down on it and cherry pick an African American woman to run with him, further alienating his potential for growth among the "Karen" white voter in the Suburbs.

From what I've seen, Atlanta's situation seems to be the most out of control for no reasonable justification. Minneapolis has some justification for burning and looting due to Floyd's completely inexcusable death at the hands of police. But Atlanta? Why Atlanta? Why the CNN Center? Why the freaking College Football Hall of Fame? It seems like its more of an excuse for those who like destroying things to do so, more than anything

The fact that so many people do that shows that they want to break the law. They want to break windows. They want to be troublemakers.

Things going south quickly here

That's just Chicago being Chicago. That'd be like posting about a purse snatcher in Central Park in 1981.

Nobody ever gets shot in River North — it's a neighborhood of high-end condos and fancy shops. Last year there were two homicides total, one of the lowest rates of any of the neighborhoods in the city.
