Parts of Harris County starting to come in now; looking good for Parker (but still far too early to draw any conclusions).

Parker: 51.2%
Locke: 48.8%

Parker's lead continues to grow. The black parts of Houston are going to be very, very, very in favor of Locke though, and we don't really have any idea where these numbers are coming from, so still too early to tell.

Parker: 52.2%
Locke: 47.8%

34% in

EDIT: Parker down to 51.5% with 37% in now

54%

Parker: 52.0%
Locke: 48.0%

Parker's election day numbers in Harris County have been static since reporting began (about a 55-45 lead)

From looking at the Chronicle's homepage, Council District A has only 46% reporting while Council District F has 89%. Anyone know what either of these places are like?

Yay! This is the largest U.S. city that's elected a gay mayor, yes?

Yup (beats out Portland for the honor). Also the first major one to elect a lesbian.
