NC and FL will remain tilted to the right, and GA will remain a tough nut to crack (it isn't going Dem in 2020).
With White liberals' influence in the South growing, there might be significant enough "push" factors to move some Black voters into the GOP over the next few decades.

Laugh all you want. Democrats take the black vote for granted, and it may end up costing them in the future.
It would take some sort of realignment that isn't going to happen anytime soon, and if it did happen, Democrats wouldn't need black voters anyway as they'd be doing better with other groups, as well as the Hispanic population being substantially higher than it is now.
