The Iraq was has been very, very badly run.

The US had, vis a vie Iraq, crushing firepower, vast technological superiority, and infinitely superior training and personnel - there was really no way to "lose" per se...

But lets face it, wars of liberation are very very often followed by civil wars. - The chaos in Iraq was certainly very very likely..

Rumsfeld for President..?   ... ah.... no....
