Including the terrorist executed tonight -- Lawrence Brewer, one of two sentenced to death for dragging a black man to death.

I won't hold that one against Rick Perry.

Increased gender association sensitivity training would have been a better alternative for Brewer, as well as being a stronger deterrent for others.
