Am I the only guy on this forum who thinks Cotton could easily destroy his opportunity with an extreme comment?

No I totally agree. I vote him most likely of the class of 2014 to say something really unfortunate about women.

Do those views sound like they would be toxic in Arkansas? I don't think they would... This is a state with a sky-high divorce rate that pioneered covenant marriage.

Pryor isnt going anywhere. Voter ID law struck.
That doesn't effect the race much.  Black turnout is going to be horrible no matter what.  It could actually hurt Pryor.  Those poor whites could now come out in droves to get him out of office.

Republican voting correlates heavily with wealth in southern states like Arkansas and Mississippi, as opposed to states like Connecticut where the relationship is flat.
