Of course she could. It's pretty clear that in the near future she'll be able to make it out of a Democratic primary. Once you make the general election and have that (R) or (D) next to your name, you have a very high floor of support (probably something like 44% for R's and 46% for D's) and then from there you only need to win over so many swing voters, who are some of the least ideological voters out there, and mostly vote on outside conditions.
Someone like Tom Cotton, who is ideologically insane and a disgusting pos, is still capable of winning the general election, because the nominee of a major party is always capable of winning a general election.
