I'm not of the position that no Republican can beat any Democrat at the Presidential level in Virginia, but I am of the position that Donald Trump cannot beat any Democrat at the Presidential level in Virginia. Even if SOCIALIST BERNIE SANDERS arrests NOVA's blue trend (of which I am highly skeptical) it doesn't matter: status quo in NOVA, which is growing, is too much for Trump to overcome, even if he further outperforms in the rurals, which are shrinking.

Trump would definitely carry Virginia Beach against Sanders, and I think maybe he narrowly overperforms his previous margins in Hampton Roads as a whole. But unless he makes up serious ground in NOVA and Richmond (which is not possible), he cannot win the state.

But Loudon County going from 55 D to 38 R to 53 D to 45 R and Prince William County going from 57 D to 36 Rto 54 D to 44 R

Losses that close in PWC and Loudon are impossible for any Republican at the Presidential level, no matter the candidates or national environment.
