I think Bredesen would be the strongest Democratic candidate, and, in a Trump mid-term in an open seat, he might have a chance.

Also draft Ray Mabus/Ronnie Musgrove (MS), Dave Freudenthal (WY), Jim Matheson (UT), and Ben Nelson (NE).

I put the race at Likely R, but I like that Tennessee Democrats are showing signs of life. There are too many states that Democrats simply haven't been competitive in.
