Can't believe I'm about to say this, but Napoleon is absolutely right. That amendment is cuh-razy. Didn't Bgwah just recently pass a Constitutional Amendment allowing regions to fill their vacancies by special election? And now he wants to change at-large vacancies to appointments?

I really really hope that amendment is stopped.

Really it was my idea, and bgwah wasn't the most enthusiastic about it though he voted in favor.
