Was there any case that was this serious or large of an issue where the Court just says what it did before was irrelevant? Even Brown versus KBOE didn’t overrule Plessy versus Ferguson. Simply it just said that the segregation standard set out in the latter was impossible to meet.

No. Above all, I see this as a civil liberties issue. Personally, I have strong reservations about it, but it's not for me to decide what a woman does with her own body. It would be like someone having the right to barge into someone else's bedroom.

That’s not reasonable but it not hypocritical. My main issue is how can someone own property when they are property themselves. Does the property of property belong to the owner of the property?
