Looking through the county level swings from NYT. A couple areas stand out (Latinos4Trump, Mormons coming home, trendz in southern Midwest and non-deep south, Blue Wall reforming, angry New England women, D.C. hates orange man)

Geez, though, the bottom really fell out in Colorado and the Atlanta metro for the GOP; I think it's safe to say that Colorado is blue for the foreseeable future, and the Republicans are clearly in freefall in Georgia. Well done, Stacey Abrams; really hope ATL isn't maxed out for Democrats quite yet. This should also be setting off alarm bells for the GOP, because if something like this were to happen in North Carolina the state is instantly light blue, although I'm not sure if the Democrats have as much room to grow there.

NYT's site just updated NC for the 1st time in days. Went from 95 to 98%.

I'd post a link but I can't yet since I'm a newb.

They have better expectation of outstanding ballots now

Current vote difference in NC is 76,623. Seems like a pretty tall order for Biden, but not outright impossible. If these aren't looking like a surefire overwhelmingly pro-Biden sample, though, they can probably call it for Trump pretty soon.

For NC-Sen, looks like it's about 96,549. Hard to see Big Cal pulling off a miracle of that magnitude. Cry

So this election will have the highest turnout since 1896.

You know, when a populist appealed strongly to the rural WWC and drove up their turnout, only to lose by 4.5 points anyway to a pretty likable mainstream candidate because “elites” in the midwest and Northeast opposed him even more strongly for the same reasons he fired up his supporters.

Ya but McKinley was an imperialist loser

Eh, guys, if 116.000 ballots are left AZ-wide and Trump just netted 7.5k out of a 48.5k dump, that means he's on track to net 18k out of the remaining.

The current Biden lead is 20k and outside Maricopa, the state is more Trump-leaning ...

This will go down the wire.

Tender, I hope you will understand why giving your non-stop lucre addled do my resume over the past weeks that no one takes your posts with any credibility whatsoever.

I don't really care what you think.

I want

A) that Biden wins the Presidency (looking very good now with the CNN call)
B) and I want my 1.000€ from various bets and for this, it would need a Trump AZ win

What if we just crowdfunded a consolation prize for Tender so he could stfu about his bet

From a local Atlanta reporter:

I'm just noticing this now, and this is truly an astonishing story. An elderly white woman in Georgia, who has been voting in every presidential election for almost 80 years, and is a lifelong Democrat. It's ironic that the first President she voted for-Roosevelt-was the President under which this year's victor (that she also voted for), Biden, was born. I also saw a story on CBS News a few days before the election about an elderly woman, living in Texas or Arizona I believe, who traveled several hours so that she could vote this year. That woman too, is a lifelong Democrat, having first voted for Harry Truman in 1948. These individuals are living relics of a seemingly distant past who will soon be gone from us.

There are some rad old white people in Georgia, oddly enough. I met the old chief justice of the GA Supreme Court (I think Norman Fletcher but don't quote me on that) and he was super based. He was from like rural South-ish Georgia, but he absolutely despised the Trump administration and said his greatest regret was not opposing the death penalty early and vigorously enough. Such a king.

Looks like Biden might have actually maybe won Ontario County, New York?

I thought this was referring to Orange County, CA for a sec and was so confused.
