#2 by far. Biden should not be running for reelection and options 3-5 are just silly.
The notion that it’s too late to run a primary campaign is absurd. Super Tuesday is in four months. Many other countries hold entire national campaigns in six weeks. Lyndon Johnson dropped out after the NH primary in 1968 and there was still a vigorous and competitive primary campaign after that.
