Of these, Toronto. Really, I guess Montréal or Toronto or Vancouver or maybe Halifax...how warm does the water get in Nova Scotia in summer?

Not sure. I'm pretty sure that Halifax is still a working port anyway...
So is Marseille, so that's not a problem. Smiley
Any reasonably well sized city by an ocean would be an option if I ever went into exile again.
I'd probably have to add Victoria as well.
