Actually, "Hapsburg" is a variant spelling of "Habsburg."
And purely an American one at that.

Yes. But our relatives in Austria/Italy have a lot of communication with us.
Yes. Whoever wrote this just may have used the spelling he thought his (American) readers would find more familiar, even though he knew noone else would.

As to the Zwingli question, I've looked it up, so answering this would not be fair. Very interesting character, Zwingli. Sounds much much better than Luther and Calvin. As to the Calvin question, I tried to look that up and found two possible answers that you may have had in mind, but not a correct one.
