You gotta love the extremely intense regionalism in Pennsylvania primary election maps.

Mastriano is starting to tick up. That sucks.

That's like the only way Dems win.

Nah, Shapiro is a strong candidate and governor races are less affected by the national mood. PA-Sen remains Safe R of course.

Barnette and Oz both surging now that the ultra-MAGA election day vote is coming in.

Mastriano + Bartlett is >60% of the primary vote and only going to grow. The GOP primary electorate has completely gone off the deep end.

McCormick isn't losing much ground as the votes come in.

Yeah it looks like more of the remaining vote is in McCormick (or Barnette) areas and not Oz areas, which are close to fully reporting. But I think Oz will still narrowly overtake him.

It's going to be close, and it's going to be a very weird map.

It's interesting that, unlike the governor's primary, there aren't really strong regional divisions here. But not surprising, since two of the candidates are carpetbaggers and the third is a pure creation of the media.

Oz just pulled a head in Bucks. The MAGA vote is coming in big for him.

Another BIG dump in Montgomery County, and Oz has now closed to 4.2k votes!

Westmoreland is 100% in and it doesn't look like Oz did that much better in the election day vote. Not good!

Bucks and Delco are slow as hell, wtf.

The machines need to wait until most other counties are done so they know what margins they need to report.

Little's crushing McGeachin 66.1% to 21.4% in the early vote right now.

May not be enough of a margin to withstand the ultra-MAGA election day vote, but we'll see.

Another big county still out is Franklin, where Oz is already leading. He could net +1k out of there.

The first of the big Delaware dumps has come in and it's a cool +1k for Oz. Looking good.

Overall this was a good night for progressives. Also Summer Lee shows that Nina Turner is just a bad campaigner

There’s not really much of a difference in ideology/beliefs between the two, Lee just knows how to keep her mouth shut and not broadcast her unpopular opinions.

Nice to see Cuellar win and the primary electorate evidence a little sanity. We shouldn’t throw away this seat just because the donor class demands that we run a future Squad member in an R-trending swing district.

What's your reaction to Schrader possibly losing?
Positive, we don’t need him to hold that seat so I’m fine replacing him with someone less obnoxious.

Is there a reason that mods are deleting posts pointing out that Republicans who are explicitly running on ending democracy will end democracy if elected?
