Disaster! The LibDems are only projected to gain 2 seats! I was a Labour supporter but the LibDems should have done better than that.

Labour have somehow held Hove. I'm shocked.

Richard Franklin, Silent Majority Party, 78, 0.2, +0.2

Some majority LOL

"The result in Bethnal Green and Bow, scene of a bitter battle between anti-war Respect leader George Galloway and Labour's Oona King, who voted for the Iraq war, is due at 0200."

what the hell does that mean in american?  2 am? in greenwich?

What are the demographics there, Al?

Racially polarised textile area. Very socially conservative.

Yet the name of their rep is Shahid Malik.

So far, it's been a pretty boring election.

Swing really is concentrated in the south if we can gain Putney but not Dumfries and Galloway

That was due to the collapse of the SNP vote.

LD lose Weston-Super-Mare and Guilford to Tories.

How in hell can they put that as their leading story??
What's bad with the American Media?? is just plain ridiculous.
Has anybody opened a thread somewhere to discuss these kind of things? (not the runaway bride, but the fact that the media pay attention to that sort of things).

I have no idea. CNN is a joke.
