Given the probability of a Biden victory this year and him serving only one term, whomever his VP winds up being. So probably Harris given her odds of being selected.

I do wonder though given the leftward trajectory of the Democratic Party if she could be more vulnerable to a left-wing challenger more than Gore or Hillary ever was? Warren seems like she wants to run again.
