Unvaccinated people (who are actively continuing to spread the virus) are in fact killing people, and anyone who spreads antivax sentiment is complicit--just look at what's going on in Missouri.

Were this being treated like the war that it actually is, facilitating messaging that helps the enemy (in this case the virus) kill more Americans would warrant charges of treason, and this is exactly what Facebook is doing.

A lot of the anti-vaccine rhetoric is pushed for political reasons. Republicans want more people to die so they can blame Biden and have a talking point for the midterm election. If more people dead can get them more seats in Congress then they are all for it.

The problem with that logic is most of those dying now are either Republicans or non voters.

That does beg the question, why aren't these people doing more to stop the spread given they're often the very same people espousing conspiracy theories that this is some bioweapon.
