At this point, they should just go ahead as scheduled. The fact that DeWine is trying to railroad them at 4pm the day before...

DeWine wins at The Supreme Court of Ohio. The Ohio elections will be postponed.

Horrible precedent, and horrible for him to decide to do this hours before the polls are supposed to open. If the election was next week, I could see it, but the election should've proceeded today.

PA here - interested to see what they end up doing. We just added new vote by mail abilities this year, but I'm not sure they're ready for primetime, a la the entire state doing it in time

This basically sounds like a CA or AZ type of election at this point, so there's no reason why results shouldn't be allowed to start tonight.

Not really. At the *very least* there was no reason to change the lower court's ruling that ballots could be received by April 13th and *DIDNT* need to be postmarked by April 7th.
