If you ask me, Tammy Murphy isn't going anywhere, line or no. The line is not some magical device. If my understanding is right, Phil Murphy had the line everyone in 2017 and didn't get a majority. Bob Menendez had the line and got only 62% against a no-name challenger. Maybe I'm completely off the mark but I see Kim winning this primary with relative ease regardless of whether or not the line survives a test in court, especially given all the awful press Tammy Murphy has received. Also worth noting that Kim has had enough establishment support to win the line in a few places.
