Pretty sure everyone is a Democrat except for Marty Funkhouser (hawkish center-right zionist) and his cousin who strikes me as a Gary Johnson type libertarian. Tempted to say Cheryl would support RFK Jr but somehow she seems too level headed.
Marty is definitely a Democrat. Los Angeles semi-observant Jew with a Lesbian Daughter (I know that character transitions but the actor had unfortunately died by that season), who is adjacent to show business? Forget it. Being a hawkish Zionist is perfectly congruent with being a Democrat, but maybe he complains about Obama sometimes.
