I swear if the Dem’s 2023 nominee for Commonwealth Court doesn’t get his ass out to the other 66 counties besides Philly, I’m gonna have an aneurysm.  Every single other one of the Dem statewide judicial candidates who are running this year have run statewide before, and thus have already done the statewide tour, but furthermore, they’ve also all taken the time to meet with local county parties and activists THIS cycle.  Meanwhile, Matt Wolf, the Commonwealth Court nom, has never run statewide before, so of all of them, he needs to do the most outreach work, and yet has done 0 outside of Philly and maybe a couple of the collar counties.

I’ll take entitled old white guys from the Philly machine who cost us statewide elections for $400, Alex.

It’s going to be really disappointing when he loses and we get stalled in our slow purpling of the extremely right wing Commonwealth Court.

Voted at around 3:30; decent turnout for in-person voting in my precinct, but the big news has been mail-in returns.  In my county(Susquehanna), Dem return rates on mail-in ballots had already cracked 82% as of 9am, outpacing Republican returns by roughly 2.5%+.  I gotta get home and get in front of my spreadsheets, but the data I’ve seen so far locally and statewide looks good for Dems.
