Now seriously -- TG has a solid grasp of her beliefs and, I think, tends to react to opposite opinions in a quite intelligent, informed and measured way. I've not seen her resort to insults or invective. And -- though she is actually more liberal than me (which is an accomplishment in itself, I think) -- I would feel quite comfortable with her in elective office.
