Only if they're citizens, which I would allow them to be... but only after a 46 year process that involves hornet stings and eating only food that is seen as acceptable at a Minnesota nursing home.

Illegal immigrants shouldn't vote in U.S. elections.  They should be given citizenship asap as long as they give up their citizenship in their home country.
