At no point were sex crime statistics for biological females brought up. Rather, I was referring to the fact that nothing makes transgender women less likely to commit them than other biological males.

It is objectively false to say that a trans woman is just as likely to commit an act of sexual violence compared to a cisgender man.

Why do you think that (cis) men are more likely to commit sexual violence than (cis) women are? It has nothing to do with their genitalia, it has everything to do with the patriarchy and brain chemistry. And  the brain chemistry of trans women are much closer to the brains of cis women than they are to cis men.

And trans women are, in fact, even more likely than cis women to be victims of SA.

Transphobia doesnt exist because "transgender" is made up nonsense. Its just a rejection of delusion just the same as rejecting "transracial" or "transspecies" or whatever other made up nonsense people use to justify their delusions or perversions. The bigger problem is people feeling they need to tiptoe around it because they fear being called a "transphobe" or being "cancelled" but if you let fear control your actions you are a failure. The solution to the mental illness called "gender dysphoria" is not body mutilation or denial of biological realitics, its acceptance that you have a mental illness and finding a way to live with that. First, gender isnt even a real thing. You are biologically a man or a woman or in very rare caaes the biological defect intersex. You may exhibit behaviors more typically associated with a man or a woman that we call masculine or feminine but you "identifying" some way doesnt change the reality of your sex any more than it changes the reality of your race or species. People just want to accept a delusion of reality they are comfortable with while refusing to be logically consistent enough to accept it in all cases, but there is no difference. The only real "transphobes" are those who think "trans" is possible one scenario "transgender" and not in another scenario "transracial" because they believe in the concept of "trans" but only for the things they are comfortable with, "sexual related".

But it isnt the first time that there has been a mental issue that people have thought required a physical response. People just want to believe in their make believe nonsense.

Assumedly, SCOTUS thinks two majority-Black districts are reasonable in Alabama.  I disagree, because adding another VRA district requires other trade-offs (like splitting Mobile) which make the map worse overall.  Race should not be considered before other traditional redistricting criteria.
