RULE 1: BRTD is not allowed to turn is into a topic about him having sex.

Now, at my school, Buffalo State College, in the Health department and many other buildings on campus (they even tossed 'em in our mailbox at times) free condoms are easily available. How well these condoms work is unbeknownst to me, as I prefer purchasing my own, but that's not the point.

Should public universities, funded by the taxpayers, be distributing these to students?

I imagine that the cost is relatively cheap to have these readily availble, and college students are going to have sex regardless. Now isn't to say that abstinence shouldn't be promoted on colleges (it flat out isn't, and some people just SHOULDN'T REPRODUCE. or even attempt to).

I say yes. Promote abstinence more, because the extreme liberalism at most colleges just irks me. But have some condoms available, to prevent most of these idiot students from having children.
