NJ is, as of today, the only state with gas prices below $3.00/gal. (New Hampshire went over $3.00/gal today.) My closest gas station is currently at $2.90/gal for regular.

I heard on the Weather Channel this morning that South Carolina is also under $3.00, even closer to $2.70.

New Jersey's at $2.934/gal. South Carolina is exactly at $3.000/gal.

EDIT: While I was posting that, South Carolina dropped to $2.996/gal, which is still essentially $3.00/gal but technically below it.

Still at $2.97 at the local station as it has been for weeks. Briefly bumped up to $2.99 a week ago, but it's back down.

Now down to $2.91 though I also saw a station above $3.00 for the first time in NJ just yesterday.

Now at $2.89. I guess NJ's prices are slow to rise but also slow to fall.

Last week I was down in Orlando, and have two separate prices to list:

Gas station #1:  $2.74
Gas station #2:  $4.39!!!!!

If you are wondering, Gas Station #2 was right next to the airport where you had to return the rental cars.  If you return the car with less than a full tank, they charge you $6.00/gallon.  Gotta love it!

Hell, I'd just keep right on filling past the automatic "stop" until fuel was almost spilling out of hte car and then drive it to the airport.

Gas has been falling in price here now and we are at $2.889/gallon.  I really think the oil market is going through menopause right now.

Actually, oil just hit a record high yesterday, $78 a barrel. Just shows how much more gas prices are connected to desired Exxon-Mobil profit margins than to oil prices.

There's a Lukoil station on my bus route that I see out the window every day that's currently trying to sell gas at $4.45/gal. I have no idea how this gas station survives; gas is around $3.80/gal at most local stations, and it's not as if Leonia has no other gas station (let alone the neighboring towns).

Yea I saw one of those driving through Belleville (your probably familiar with the town).  I said that was ridiculous, and my friend that the only ridiculous thing was that some moron was filling up there Tongue

Speaking of Belleville, I'm actually going to be there today. At other times of year, the cherry blossoms in Belleville are stunning, better even than in DC.

Anyway, the Leonia gas station was a Citgo station, not Lukoil, just wanted to clear that up. They use the same red-and-white color scheme. And it dropped last week to... $4.349/gal. The other local gas stations seemed to have decided to sit on ~$3.80/gal, though.

last time I filled up was a Getty on Huntington Pike (PA 232) in Rockledge, full serve...3.45

I think that was this past friday.

Full serve? I've never actually seen that.

it's the law in New Jersey.

What a fuсked-up law.

Oregon, too. And therefore you can find full-serve in all of the states around NJ.
