Really ridiculous. The way this forum is run continues to be embarrassing, and it's disgusting that Nym basically does whatever oakvale and co. tell him to do.

I'd love to see what evidence you've got.

The guy hadn't changed, was deliberately disruptive... kept posting things that WERE inappropriate. Then claimed anti-gay persecution (on THIS site of all places) whenever he was challenged. NOW, people are claiming some vast conspiracy... his obsessive paranoia (a hallmark of his last iteration) seems to be rubbing off.

Personally, I wasn't interested in his re-banning, because I knew he'd f*** up and get thrown out again.

Absolutely ridiculous. It's terrifying to see how angry the celibates become when they find out somebody else is having a good time.

I believe they have a porn burning before going out to commit a hate-crime...

Can the moderators who banned him please give us an example of a rule violation that would warrant banning?

All I'm seeing is "He responds to attacks too much" (which is within his rights), "He's the same Libertas as he was 4-5 years ago" (seriously? Let it go), and "He spams" (then let's ban BRTD and Bushie for the ridiculous amount of spam they post about their personal lives or about Opebo).

This is so stupid. Just let him back and let the kid be.

I don't care what happens ... but this kind of view (which does reject context, and does ignore some of the other non-public behaviour) makes me really irritated and only feeds the conspiracy theories. Mind you, the way this was handled only invited these complaints.

The real travesty is that people think banning a poster needs constitutional justification or something. Who cares?

Or thinking Atlas is a Democracy?
