In the spirit of the Midwest intiative (sort of)

Governor's Plantation Act

The home of the governor is hereby officially known as "The Governor's Plantation"

And this...

Monument to KoTBP Act

The Dirty South region shall invest a total not to exceed $20 million on building a statue, to be located on the Governor's Plantation, to honor Fmr. Gov. KoTBP

I'm glad you that this is a priority but stimulus funds are not.
This is most certainly money better spent

Southeast Removal Act

WHEREAS the Southeast was boring and unexciting region

WHEREAS the region was reborn into a new era in August 2008

WHEREAS the region dually adopted the new "Dirty South" to signify the rebirth

WHEREAS the term "Dirty South" is still not used on most official proclamations

The Dirty South region formally drops its dual-name and shall henceforth only be known as the Dirty South

Should be an interesting vote on a whole range of issues with obviously the creation of the assembly being the most important but most likely not the most entertaining.  I want to think of some more, but they are not coming to me at this moment.  Maybe this one will work though:

Why the Need for Special Election Act?

To amend the current text of Article I, Section 9 of the Dirty South Constitution which currently reads:

Should the Governor vacate his office for any reason, the Lieutenant Governor shall become Governor and may serve out the remainder of the Governor's term. If the Lieutenant Governor should for any reason vacate his position, a special election shall be immediately held to fill the seat for the remainder of the term. If the Governor and the Lieutenant Governor vacate their positions at the same time, a special election shall be held to fill both positions for the remainder of the term

to

Should the Governor vacate his office for any reason, the Lieutenant Governor shall become Governor and may serve out the remainder of the Governor's term.  During this time, the now acting governor may appoint a Lieutenant Governor of their own.  If the Lieutenant Governor should for any reason vacate his position, the governor shall appoint a new lieutenant governor to finish out the rest of a term.

Not to sound like Xahar, but I went and started to read about the previous Southeast Assembly, and the reason it sucked is because everyone was involved and it got too chaotic.  That's why a three man thing would work just fine

Well, it's important the Heroes of the Party are immortalized in all manner of monuments throughout the region. Perhaps soon we will see a golden statue of Duke that rotates to always be facing the sun.
KoTBP did not belong to the RPP, and if he did during his short return (which is possible I am not sure) it has nothing to do with his reign as govenor and tragic downfall.  The only way a statue would be made for Duke, myself, SPC, etc. is if we were killed

Well since you drew a replica sketch, I feel all but obligated to sign it.  However, I would wish for the dimensions and cost to be brought down sizable or for you to find a private investor (who under circumstances has to actually exist)

Daniel Adams, you know that if you sign them they automatically go on the ballot?  (or that's the way I've always interpreted the constitution)

It may be too late now, but what about us considering having a regional GM?

The GM should provide regional news as well. That is the hope at least.

Also, don't you think it's a bit much? And what of conflicting reports between the national and regional GM? Seems like it would be more trouble than it's worth.
Well the regional GM wouldn't be reporting on national news or international affairs, but rather just things that went on in the region.  It would be stipulated in the bill that he could not override the federal GM's reports.  Just a suggestion I'm throwing out that I don't think has been before
