I'm actually quite sure that everyone in Paterson is on welfare. This is the city that is so bad that the towns formerely known as East and West Paterson have changed there names to escape it. The last time I was there thought it didn't seem so bad, but probably because I was right off the highway in the outskirts

LOL! It can't be worse than Camden... Is it?

Nah the poverty rate is half of what is in Camden.

That is actually probably true, but it has a lot to do with Paterson still having some nicer areas left while Camden has none. Most of Paterson is just as bad as Camden
