This reads like a hit piece.

The "report" is wildly political, starting on page ONE, where the author states his personal opinion that Biden "views himself as an historically significant figure."

What on Earth does that personal, political opinion have to do with what the special counsel was tasked to do?

Can the special counsel be disbarred over this report? The entire thing is so unprofessionally written it's gobsmacking. There's a part where he speculates what Biden's defense at a would-be trial would be. Speculates.
