Measured in column-inches, Kerry's is much worse.  I make it two-to-one.  Kerry's not really known for brevity.  Kennedy at least had the sense to stay away from erudite phrases such as "absent a multiple regression analysis"  I say, when you're playing up bigotries and going for simple-minded stereotyping, brevity is probably best.  The soul of wit.

Ah sh**t!  I had some kind of neural aneurism or something.  voted Kennedy.  Meant to vote Kerry.
