Is this fake or an outlier?

For context, Premise data is an App people use to make money doing surveys. While I imagine the data is real, the fact that the data is collected through an app that people use to make money raises all sorts of red flags. Beyond that, it also raises questions on how they could possibly get a decent sample through a mobile phone app. Were people directed to use the app from another location or were already preexisting users asked? If its the latter, that raises even more red flags.

The link includes 538, so they seem to be working with Premise with this poll? Isn't 538 regarded quite highly here? (or I guess they're regarded highly only when they have positive news for Biden supporters)
