McConnell is moving swiftly to install ultra conservative nominees. I expect Breyer and Ginsburg to make an agreement and step down in summer of 2021 due to Covid 19 to give Biden two CRT nominees, since Kennedy made such agreement with Trump. No sense while Biden is President to serve in minority and die on CRT by 2028. Ginsberg wants to live out her life in Israel

Dems are talking about changing the SCOTUS to an 11 judge panel again, since a Supermajority Senate is now possible. With that, they can get any progressive legislation passed and if there is no filibuster to stop Ds, then nothing will stand in their way to stop them.

Ginsberg whom was against such a move is finished anyways and will retire when Biden is sworn in. None of the other liberals have been outspoken against an 11 judge panel as Ginsberg was.
