Julian or Joaquin Castro. NM is a gov appointment vacancy; thus forfeiting control of senate. Outside chance Mark Warner is picked over Kaine, populist like Strickland; despite his vote on Fast Track.

Kaine voted for fast track, she clearly stated she doesnt want to pick a fight with organized labor.

1. Cory Booker:
The only con is that Christie(if he resigns to get it), Christine Todd Whitman, and LoBiondo would all make it Tilt R, while Tom Kean, Jr. makes it a toss-up.
2. Martin Heinrich:
Only Kelly Fajardo or Sanchez could hold this seat, and I doubt Martinez would be willing to resign to take it.
3. Deval Patrick:
Young, a minority Governor, and leaves no open seat. The major con here is that he's rumored to be pushing for Biden to join.

Forget it Dems arent forfeiting Senate control fpr VP

Deval Patrick and Booker  arent interested

Ksine or Castro, Castro endorsed Clinton already.

I was talking about Martin Heinrich whose vacancy will trigger 55 R votes instead of 54, and Dems are better off with 4 seats netting than 5.
