Jeb created the opening when he clearly hasnt learned the mistakes of his brother.

Hilary has stayed away from controversy; and right to lay low and let Paul lead the charge against Bush on that one.

But, it was a powerplay and created an opening Hilary needed; to even out Libya questions, without being in it.
