Obvious choices.

I hate Chirac and Berlusconi equally. Shröder is completely incompetent and Putin is a monster. I'm not big one of Bush or Blair neither. But I have to say I'd choose Bush-Blair-Berlusconi, but would like to see John Howard (for example) instead of Berlusconi.

Of those above, Chirac is a crook, Blair is stark barking mad, Putin is a murderer, Bush is a crook and a murderer, Berlusconi is a crook, a murderer, and stark barking mad, and while Schröder is the best of the lot he's still worse than 90% of humanity. In a nutshell. And with much reined-in civility and respect.

I hate Berlusconi but how he is a murderer?

If I could choose freely from ALL historical characters I'd pick Churchill-Adenauer-Paasikivi.
