I generally dislike idpol where you must hire people because they belong to a certain group but this one is also idpol, but not a surprise, the west wants a fascist ethnostate where all "barbarians" will be barred and it's going to get worse by 2100, when 1/4 of the world will live in Africa. China is fine when it comes to assist and that's why more governments from the continent are working with us, the west might go full genocidal if 1/4 of the world are people they consider akin to monkeys.
