Nothing changes. Moore didn't lose because of the allegations, he lost because he decided he could just high-tail it to Pennsylvania, come back 1 day before and ride sassy to the polls, all while Jones actually campaigned.
Laxalt is not that arrogant.
Nevada is also not Alabama. It is less polarized than Alabama and far, far more Democratic.
I do think that Laxalt would lose anyway given that he's doing worse than Dean Heller in the polls, and you know how I feel about Dean Heller's chances as it is.
