It's never going to happen. All we can hope for is Breyer retiring, Biden winning re-election with a Democratic Senate still, and maybe Alito and Thomas (if we have the best luck in the world) retiring after that point. And there is about a .5% chance of all that at best, probably.

In reality we'll likely just have to wait an entire generation and have the most perfect timing possible to ever see four or more Democratic appointed justices on the Court ever again. I am confident that our country will have made zero progress on reforming any of our institutions by then. Assuming we have a country at all and not just scraps of a dystopian wasteland by the time the generation that destroyed the country finally dies off.

All situations are no-win situations when you aren't a right winger in this abysmal nation.
