I mean there's nothing wrong with him running and putting up a fight, in fact that is a good thing, but it is Safe R and he won't change that.

Once again, Booker is a candidate trying to drive up support, raise money, get his name out, and ultimately win a race, which however unlikely, is why he's not going to say 'Kentucky is Safe R'. The people at fault are those who give him the airtime outside of the state.
