Tax increases during a surplus? Either he is paranoid, or he is planning something that is going to cost a lot of money. I can't say, I've never been to Virginia.

I will say that I like Tim Kaine however, I really enjoyed the response he gave for the Democrats after the state of the union.

Hold on, I may have just said something stupid, by blue do you mean "media blue" (democrats) or "Atlas Blue" (GOP)? If the latter, than my mistake...I still haven't grasped the concept. I play way to much President Forever for it to really sink in.
