Also, about that whole 78% in CADD... didn't he tell us at one point that he needed to get at least 80% in the class to get credit for it? I hope I'm misremembering...

What does Mr. Brown do for a living? And how old is he?

Papa Bushie is like 62 I believe. I forget what he does for a living but I know he sometimes has to work like 60 hours a week to support lil' Bushie.

I don't understand why Bushie can't at least do some volunteer work or something to help ameliorate all these unacceptable resume gaps.

Also, Bushie, since we know how much you love going back to school, find a class that interests you on one of these websites, sign up for it and complete it successfully. They're free and don't require you to leave your house, so no more loans getting heaped on your parents and no excuses for not showing up to class.

He'd just nap and/or watch 16 hours of baseball instead of doing the work.

Would you guys stop lying.   There was no second mortgage.  I'll go back into hiding now.

Aww. Come on in, Bushie. The water's fine!

When you're 5'7'' and 300+ pounds, everything is weight related.

Also what do you mean when you say you went when you weren't "working"?

Also, what happened in your Maisha dream? It sounds like you're having a lot of interesting dreams these days, Jeff.

Also, how are your children?

Anyway, let's move on to a happier topic.   Date 12 is tomorrow.   She's coming to Tulsa and we'll have lunch somewhere and then watch a couple movies rented from one of those Red box stands.  We're trying to stay cheap since I don't have a job.

Neither of you guys have a Netflix account?

I like regular Christian music both traditional and contemporary.   I also like some
oldies.

What oldies? Like doo-wop?

Beatles,  Beach Boys, Rat Pack,  Perry Como, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, to name a few.

Do you listen to any heavy and/or psychedelic Beatles and Beach Boys stuff or do you just like the early stuff?

Did you need an 80 to actually qualify for a CADD certificate, Bushie?

I think he tells people he's 5'8'' but I recall him admitting to being closer to 5'7''.

It is more of a delusion than a lie. Bushie avoids potentially unpleasant situations at all costs, seems he is afraid of the answers he will get back.

I'm not afraid,  I just have bigger fish hamburgers to fry buy.

For the third straight day, I have scored an interview in the closing moments of the business day! I just got back from dinner with my parents at El Chico, but when I walked in the door of my apartment, it was 16:55, and I got a call from a recruiter in midtown Tulsa who had not one, but two positions open that she wanted to talk to me about. So, I have an interview with her Monday at 14:30 to discuss both of these positions. One position is customer support with State Farm and the other is an administrative assistant. That means I have an interview at 13:00 Monday, this two-for interview at 14:30 Monday, and one more Tuesday at 15:00.

The customer support at State Farm is positively dreadful. You may have a shot with them.

Anyway, onto a different topic.  I am having dinner with my girlfriend's father tomorrow evening.  That can only mean one thing.  I am going to ask her father for his daughter's hand in marriage.  I am plotting my question to her, as well.

Oh my!

I thought you were only gonna do that if you had a job though? Feel like those hot leads are good enough for now?

Who wants bet that if Papa Allison says "yes" that Bushie will ask Allison almost immediately (job or no job)?
