What's the latest ?

Is Trump golfing again, instead of working for the American people ?

Not 100% sure.  This is the 'final summary report' with the 'deadline to file election objections' on Monday.

Your PDF are the results, but they are not official yet.

"Votes" and "people who voted" is the same thing.

What is he talking about ?

Does he mean "votes" and "registered voters" ?

And even then it doesn't make any sense, because there are always fewer votes cast than registered voters (except in states like WY, which have election-day registration).

PA won’t certify results until next week because 4 counties are not making it today.

Westmoreland will continue to count until next week.

Westmoreland and Schuylkill are two of the biggest solid GOP counties. They could finish counting today if they wanted to but are quite obviously delaying things on purpose.

Can they be fined or sued or something if they miss today’s deadline ?

Utah had over 90% turnout:

That's of registered voters.

UT has a large amount of people who are eligible, but who are not registered to vote.

The actual turnout is just 68%, far from being the best among states.

Maine certifies Biden’s victory in the state’s election

Quote
AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) — Maine has certified the results of the 2020 election, Secretary of State Matt Dunlap said Monday.

Maine is one of two states in the country that apportions single electoral votes for each congressional district in addition to awarding two for the statewide victory. President-elect Joe Biden won the statewide vote and the 1st Congressional District, good for three of the state’s four total electoral votes.

President Donald Trump won the 2nd Congressional District, which he also carried in 2016. The other state that awards electoral votes by district is Nebraska.

Maine is also the only state in the country that uses ranked-choice voting to elect the president. The method didn’t come into play this year because the margins of victory were too wide to trigger the ranked round.

Dunlap said he handed the certified results to Democratic Gov. Janet Mills at 2 p.m. on Monday, the day they were due.

14 of the 20 states with official/certified results have also published "total ballots cast", which includes ballots other than President as well and which is important for turnout.

The 6 who have not are:

AL, GA, KY, ME, MS and OK.

Maybe I should also consider Hawaii as official now ?

They had a deadline of objection yesterday and their pages do not say anything about unofficial or official, so I guess those numbers are basically their final results.

NY really needs to reform its election system the next 4 years ...

Vienna, a city of 2 million, counted 400.000 postal ballots in 2 days without pre-processing.

NY, a state of 20 million, counts 1.6 million postal ballots for 6 weeks !

So, did those lagging counties submit their data today ?

Or does the certificate from Wolf still miss some votes ?

I read that the state can certify even if only a few counties are behind.

That’s extremely absurd from PA.

You only certify a result if all votes have been reported.

Kinda funny that Delaware was the first state with official results and now Georgia the first state to ascertain Trump’s loss at the National Archives ... Wink

Also: I didn’t know that Stacey Abrams is an Electoral College member for Biden. I thought they’d choose more obscure people for this job.

Biden breaks 80M

I hope Trump falls to 46%.

That’s not possible anymore with ca. 2 million votes left.

Only a 0.4% reduction is still possible for him.

NC has certified:

Quote
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — The North Carolina State Board of Elections certified the results of the November general election on Tuesday, awarding the state’s 15 electoral votes to President Donald Trump.

The certification does not formalize the results in the statewide race for state Supreme Court chief justice between Republican Paul Newby and Democrat Cheri Beasley. Out of nearly 5.4 million cast, Newby leads by about 400 votes, as of Tuesday. Both candidates have pending protests in the race that went to a recount.

Democratic President-elect Joe Biden fell short of Trump in the state by 1.3 percentage points, a narrower defeat than the 1.7-point loss Democratic senate candidate Cal Cunningham had to Republican Sen. Thom Tillis. Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper defeated GOP challenger Dan Forest by 4.5 percentage points.

The five-member board tasked with overseeing elections voted 4-1 to certify the results. Former Republican state Sen. Tommy Tucker said he opposed certification because of a legal settlement approved by the state board and appeals courts that, among other things, extended the deadline for counties to receive mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day.

Tucker, who was not on the board at the time the settlement was reached, called the agreement “unconstitutional,” expressed concerns about the deliberative process that went into it and said the board should have gone through the General Assembly if it wanted to make changes to election laws.

Despite multiple lawsuits by GOP leaders in state and federal court over the extended deadline, both the U.S. Supreme Court and North Carolina’s highest court declined to intervene before the election.

Jeff Carmon, a Democratic member of the board, called Tucker’s comments “dishonorable” and stressed the need to make it easier for people to vote amid the coronavirus pandemic. Damon Circosta, chairman of the state board, said Tucker’s decision not to certify the results was disappointing.
